上海海洋大学举行中柬稻渔种养及数字渔业合作交流会Sino-Cambodian Rice-Fish Farming and Digital Aquaculture Cooperation Exchange Meeting

    “我们此行的目的，就是想进一步加强稻渔种养和数字渔业方面的合作交流。”

       7月12日上午，柬埔寨农林渔业部渔业局常务副局长哈·卫圣(Hav Viseth)一行四人来到了上海海洋大学。

      July 12^th, the delegation from Cambodia comes to Shanghai Ocean University for Sino-Cambodian Rice-Fish Farming and Digital Aquaculture Cooperation Exchange Meeting.

       当日上午，为了进一步推进中柬“鱼米走廊”建设，上海海洋大学与柬埔寨相关部门举行中国-柬埔寨稻渔种养及数字渔业合作交流会。柬埔寨农林渔业部渔业局常务副局长哈·卫圣、养殖处处长泰·索莫里（Thay Somony）、柬埔寨产业科技创新部副秘书长郭·菲德罗(Kuok Fidero)博士及柬埔寨皇家农业大学水产学院院长彭·本·俄尔(Peng Bun Ngor)教授出席。上海海洋大学副校长江敏，国际交流处、留学生办公室、科技处、水产与生命学院、工程学院和外国语学院等相关人员参加了此次交流会，会议由水产与生命学院副院长孙诤主持。

  Hav Viseth, (Deputy Director General of the Fisheries Department, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries), Thay Somony, (Director of the Aquaculture Division, Fisheries Department, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries), Kuok Fidero, (Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Industry, Science and Innovation), and Peng Bun Ngor, (Dean and Professor of the School of Fisheries, Royal University of Agriculture), participated in the meeting.

    Jiang Min, Vice President of Shanghai Ocean University , and representatives from International Exchange Office, International Student Office, Science and Technology Office, College of Fisheries and Life Sciences, College of Engineering Science and Technology, College of Foreign Languages also attended the meeting.

       江敏向柬埔寨代表团介绍了学校的发展历程、科研和教学现状、办学特色和国际合作等。哈·卫圣、郭·菲德罗、彭·本·俄尔教授分别致辞，回顾了他们及其所在单位和上海海洋大学合作历史，感谢上海海洋大学对柬埔寨渔业发展的帮助，期待此次来访能够加速多方共建柬埔寨“鱼米走廊”的步伐。

       Vice president Jiang Min introduced the history, research and academics, featured disciplines, and international cooperation to the delegation. Hav Viseth, Kuok Fidero, Peng Bun Ngor all gave a speech about their past collaboration with SHOU and look forward this visit could facilitate the Fish-Rice Corridor construction.

       随后，水产与生命学院吴旭干教授和工程学院院长胡庆松分别汇报了“澜湄稻渔项目的工作进展和下一步工作计划”与“柬埔寨稻虾数字化试点项目概况及前期准备工作”，并提出了筹建“中柬水产生态养殖联合实验室”的设想。柬埔寨留学生代表钱力（食品科学专业本科生）分享了在上海海洋大学的学习和生活体验，展示了自己在两国文化交流方面的成果。留学生工作办公室施佳懿介绍了上海海洋大学留学生招生项目的相关情况，包括“澜湄稻渔奖学金”的研究生培养进展及“柬埔寨水产养殖本科预科班”的招生设想，希望能够持续为柬埔寨水产养殖业的发展培养本土化的高质量人才，促进柬埔寨水产养殖业的健康发展。

      Professor Wu Xugan from the College of Fisheries and Life Sciences and Dean Hu Qingsong from the College of Engineering Science and Technology reported on the progress and next steps of the Lancang Mekong Rice-Fish Farming and Digital Aquaculture Project, as well as the overview and preliminary preparations of the Cambodia Rice Shrimp Digitalization Pilot Project. They also proposed the idea of establishing a China-Cambodia Aquatic Ecological Aquaculture Joint Laboratory. Cambodian student representative Chhengly Huot(undergraduate majoring in Food Science and Engineering) shared his learning and life experience at Shanghai Ocean University, showcasing his achievements in cultural exchange between the two countries. Shi Jiayi from the International Student Office introduced the relevant situation of Shanghai Ocean University's international student programs, including the progress of graduate training for the Lancang Mekong Rice and Fish Scholarship and the admission for the Cambodian Aquaculture Undergraduate Preparatory Training Program. She hopes to continue to cultivate high-quality local talents for the development of Cambodia's aquaculture industry and promote its healthy development.

      交流过程中，哈·卫圣介绍了柬埔寨渔业现状及未来规划，特别从“捕捞为主”向“养殖为主”的蓝色转型需要和设想；泰·索莫里交流了近年来柬埔寨水产养殖业的发展动向、国际合作和存在问题等；郭·菲德罗介绍了柬埔寨在湄公河渔业资源多样性、水资源合理利用和渔业脱贫方面的工作，希望和上海海洋大学深度合作，尽早实现柬埔寨“鱼米走廊”的建设目标；彭·本·俄尔介绍了他们学院在渔业人才培养、鱼类繁育和生态养殖方面的工作。

      During the meeting, Hav Viseth introduced the current situation and future plans of Cambodia's fisheries and aquaculture industry, especially the needs and ideas for the blue transformation from fishing based to aquaculture based. Thay Somony stated on the development trends, international cooperation, and existing problems of Cambodia's aquaculture industry in recent years. Kuok Fidero introduced Cambodia's work in the diversity of Mekong River fishery resources, rational utilization of water resources, and poverty alleviation through fisheries. Peng Bun Ngor introduced the work of RUA Fisheires College in the cultivation of fishery talents, fish breeding, and ecological aquaculture.

  上海海洋大学相关人员结合已开展工作、正在开展工作、柬方需求和未来合作计划等方面进行了回应和讨论。

     Relevant personnel from Shanghai Ocean University responded and discussed the past achievements, ongoing work, Cambodian needs, and future cooperation plans.

双方互赠纪念品 Both parties exchange souvenirs

      双方表示，将按照此次会议共识细化和落实相关工作，共同推动柬埔寨“鱼米走廊”建设，共建中柬命运共同体。     

      Both sides stated that they will refine and implement relevant work in accordance with the consensus of this meeting, jointly promote the construction of the Fish Rice Corridor in Cambodia, and build a community with a shared future between China and Cambodia.
