Notice on the Annual Review of 2024 CSC Scholarship
各相关学院、导师、CSC奖学金生：
To related colleges, supervisors and CSC scholarship students :
根据《中国政府奖学金工作管理办法》和《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》有关要求，2024-2025学年继续在校学习的中国政府奖学金生，必须参加奖学金年度评审，无故不参加奖学金年度评审者，将被取消奖学金资格。
According to the Chinese Government Scholarship Annual Review Method and requirements of Chinese Scholarship Council(CSC), CSC students who continue to study in the academic year 2024-2025 must attend the annual review of the scholarship. Those who do not attend the annual review without any reason will be disqualified from Chinese Government Scholarship.
1.评审对象/Review Candidates
（一）2024-2025学年拟继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生。
Those CSC students who will be granted the scholarships successively in the 2024-2025 academic year.
（二）原计划于2024年7月毕业，但是申请延期且符合延期要求的博士研究生（已于2023年申请延长过一年奖学金期限的博士研究生除外。注意：年度评审不是延期申请，奖学金延期需另外申请）。
Ph.D. students who are supposed to graduate in July 2024, but have applied for extension and meet the extension requirements (not including Ph.D. students who have applied for extension of scholarship for one year in 2023. Notes: The annual review is not the application of the extension of the scholarship period, and the extension requires additional application) .
（三）上一年度评审不合格被中止奖学金资格或减免部分奖学金的学生。
Students who fail to pass the scholarship review of the previous year and were suspended from the scholarship or had part of the scholarship reduced.
注：当前处于休学状态的学生可不参评。
Those who have been in the suspension of schooling may not participate in the review.
2.评审办法/Review Methods
各相关学院全面考核奖学金生的道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现，并在考核评比的基础上提出评审建议：继续发放奖学金、中止奖学金、恢复奖学金、取消奖学金。
Related colleges comprehensively assess the moral conducts, academic records, study or research attitude and participation in activities of the CSC scholarship students and then put forward the scholarship suggestions on the basis of the review results: continue to issue scholarship, suspend scholarship, resume scholarship and cancel scholarship.
3.评审步骤/Review Procedures
（一） 4月22日前，学生须完成自评。
Before 22nd April, students submit self-review in CSC system.
（二） 4月23日—29日，导师/辅导员评价。
23rd-29th April, supervisors and counselors review.
（三） 4月30日—5月11日，各相关学院评审。
30th April-11th May, review by related colleges
（四） 5月13日—17日，学校评审。
13th-17th May, final review by Shanghai Ocean University.
（五） 5月20日—22日，向国家留学基金委上报学校评审结果。
20th-22nd May, SHOU submits the the review results to China Scholarship Council.
