Notice about Annual Review of Shanghai Government Scholarship
& SHOU Presidential Scholarship (including Lancang-Mekong Rice-Fish Scholarship of SHOU) for International Students of SHOU 2024
各位奖学金生：
To SGS and SHOU (LMRFS) scholarship students,
根据教育部、上海市教委以及上海海洋大学相关文件的要求，对所有享受上海市外国留学生政府奖学金以及上海海洋大学校长奖学金（含澜湄专项奖学金）的学生进行2024年度奖学金评审。请各位同学仔细阅读本通知，在4月19日（周五）前完成对应奖学金项目的自评表，同时将其他相关材料共同递交与辅导员。
According to the relevant regulations from the Ministry of Education, Shanghai government and SHOU, SGS and SHOU (LMRFS) scholarship students who continue to study in the academic year 2024-2025 must attend the annual review of the scholarship. Please read this notice carefully, fill in the form for annual review of your current scholarship (including Lancang-Mekong Rice-Fish Scholarship of SHOU), and submit the printed form with other required documents before 19th April, 2024 to your counselor.
一、 评审对象/Review Candidates
1. 2024-2025学年拟继续享受当前奖学金的学生；
Those students who will be granted the current scholarships in the 2024-2025 academic year.
2. 上一年度评审不合格被中止奖学金资格或减免部分奖学金的学生。
Students who fail to pass the scholarship review of the previous year and were suspended from the scholarship or had part of the scholarship reduced.
注：当前处于休学状态的学生可不参评。
Those who have been in the suspension of schooling may not participate in the review.
二、 评审办法/Review Methods
各专业学院将全面考核奖学金生的道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现；并在考核评比的基础上提出评审建议：继续发放奖学金、中止奖学金、恢复或取消奖学金。
Related colleges comprehensively assess the moral conducts, academic records, study or research attitude and participation in activities of the scholarship students and then put forward the scholarship suggestions on the basis of the review results: continue to issue scholarship, suspend scholarship, resume scholarship and cancel scholarship.
三、 评审步骤/Review Procedures
1. 4月22日前，学生须完成自评并将其他相关材料共同递交与辅导员；自评部分请从遵规守纪、学习情况以及参加活动情况三方面对自己进行描述。
Before 22nd April, students shall submit self-review with other required documents to your counselor. Self-review should include three parts: PERFORMANCE OF OBEYING THE REGULATIONS & RULES OF LAWS, PERFORMANCE OF ACADEMIC STUDY, PERFORMANCE OF PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES.
2. 4月23日—29日，导师及辅导员完成对学生的综合评价。
23rd -29th April, supervisors and student counselors shall review comprehensively.
3. 4月30日—5月11日，各相关学院评审。
30th April-11th May, review by related Colleges.
4. 5月13日—17日，学校审核并完成校内公示。
13th-17th May, final review by Shanghai Ocean University and the public announcement of the review result.
