促就业暖心行动-我校师生出席行业交流会 Warm-Hearted Job Promotion Initiative: Faculty and Students Attend Industry Exchange Meeting

  2026年1月19日，上海海洋大学研究生院郑宇钧、国际交流处朱章华、工程学院李志强与刘雨青、经济管理学院方晨光，以及毕业班辅导员、部分留学生与应届毕业生代表共同组成的团队，应奉贤企业产业链协同业务对接会主办方邀请出席会议。

On January 19, 2026, a delegation comprising Zheng Yujun from the Graduate School, Zhu Zhanghua from the International Student Office, Li Zhiqiang and Liu Yuqing from the College of Engineering Science and Technology, Fang Chenguang from the College of Economics and Management, along with graduating class counselors, selected international students, and representatives of graduating students from SHOU attended the Fengxian Industrial Chain Collaborative Business Matching Conference upon invitation from the event organizers.

在校企互动环节中，工程学院副院长刘雨青教授发表了题为《上海海洋大学工程学院产教融合人才培养模式探索》的主旨发言，全面系统地阐述了学院在产教融合领域的创新实践。重点介绍了我校工程领域的学科优势与人才培养模式，并着重强调了理论与实践相结合的教育理念。

During the university-industry interaction session, Professor Liu Yuqing, Vice Dean of the College of Engineering Science and Technology, delivered a keynote speech titled “Exploring Industry-Education Integration Talent Development Models at SHOU's College of Engineering Science and Technology.” She comprehensively outlined the college's innovative practices in industry-education integration, highlighting SHOU's disciplinary strengths in engineering and its talent cultivation approach. She particularly emphasized the educational philosophy of integrating theory with practice.

此次交流会不仅是高层次对话的平台，更是一次直接的人才对接会。数名应届毕业生及国际留学生抓住机遇，现场与企业代表进行了深入沟通，并在会后积极向意向企业提交了个人简历，迈出了从校园走向产业的关键一步，体现了校企合作促就业的即时成效。

This exchange event served not only as a platform for high-level dialogue but also as a direct talent matching session. Several recent graduates and international students seized the opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions with corporate representatives on-site. Following the event, they proactively submitted their resumes to prospective employers, taking a crucial step from campus to industry. This demonstrated the immediate effectiveness of university-enterprise collaboration in promoting employment.
