联合国粮食及农业组织代表团访问上海海洋大学 深化南南合作共商小岛屿国家渔业发展 FAO Delegation Visits Shanghai Ocean University to Deepen South-South Cooperation and Discuss Fisheries Development in Small Island States







327日,联合国粮食及农业组织代表团一行到访上海海洋大学,开展为期一天的访问交流活动。代表团成员包括FAO总部及区域办事处官员,以及来自巴巴多斯、佛得角、斐济、马尔代夫等小岛屿发展中国家的农业渔业主管部门代表。农业农村部国际交流服务中心有关人员陪同来访。

On March 27, a delegation from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) visited Shanghai Ocean University for a one-day exchange. The delegation included officials from FAO headquarters and regional offices, as well as representatives from agricultural and fisheries authorities of Small Island Developing States (SIDS) such as Barbados, Cape Verde, Fiji, and the Maldives. The visit was accompanied by staff from the International Exchange and Service Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.


上午9时,上海海洋大学在海洋科技大楼109会议室举行欢迎见面会。上海海洋大学副校长倪卫杰出席并致欢迎辞,国际交流处处长李娟英主持见面会。倪卫杰代表学校对代表团一行表示热烈欢迎,并简要介绍了学校的发展历程、办学特色及“双一流”建设成果。他表示,上海海洋大学长期与FAO保持密切合作,希望以此次访问为契机,进一步深化面向小岛屿发展国家的科技合作与人才培养,共同推动全球渔业可持续发展。FAO小岛屿发展中国家、最不发达国家和内陆发展中国家办公室司长姚向君(YAO Xiangjun)通过线上方式致辞,FAO渔业及水产养殖业司渔业官员奥马·列戈·佩纳鲁比亚(PENARUBIA Omar Riego)现场致辞。见面会在友好融洽的氛围中结束,为后续合作奠定了良好基础。

A welcome meeting was held at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room 109 of the Marine Science and Technology Building. Ni Weijie, Vice President of Shanghai Ocean University, attended and delivered a welcome address. The meeting was chaired by Li Juanying, Director of the International Exchange Office. On behalf of the university, Vice President Ni Weijie extended a warm welcome to the delegation and briefly introduced the universitys history, academic characteristics, and achievements in the Double First-Class initiative. He noted that Shanghai Ocean University has maintained close collaboration with FAO over the years and expressed hope that this visit would serve as an opportunity to further deepen scientific and technological cooperation and talent cultivation with SIDS, jointly advancing the sustainable development of global fisheries. Yao Xiangjun, Director of the FAO Office for Small Island Developing States, Least Developed Countries and Landlocked Developing Countries, delivered a virtual address. PENARUBIA Omar Riego, Fishery Officer of the FAO Fisheries and Aquaculture Division, spoke on-site. The meeting concluded in a cordial and friendly atmosphere, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.


随后,代表团一行参观了学校“双一流”建设成果展、联合国粮农组织水产生态养殖中心(CEA)、食品科学与工程实训中心、食品与健康国际联合研究中心以及海洋生物医药创新平台。在参观过程中,代表团详细了解了学校在水产养殖、食品加工、海洋生物医药等领域的技术研发成果和平台建设情况,对学校的学科实力和国际合作成果给予高度评价。

Following the meeting, the delegation toured the university’s Double First-Class achievements exhibition, the FAO Centre of Excellence for Aquaculture (CEA), the Food Science and Engineering Training Center, the International Joint Research Center for Food and Health, and the Marine Biomedical Innovation Platform. During the visit, the delegation gained detailed insights into the university’s technological research outcomes and platform development in aquaculture, food processing, and marine biomedicine, and spoke highly of the university’s disciplinary strengths and international cooperation achievements.





下午,双方举行交流座谈会。上海海洋大学食品学院党委书记李柏林主持会议,学校科技处、国际交流处、食品学院等相关职能部门的领导和老师参加座谈。会上,食品学院教授施文正、吴文惠分别介绍了学院研发基础与可转移技术。留学生工作办公室招生官施佳懿介绍了上海海洋大学留学生招生情况及面向发展中国家的奖学金项目。随后,在FAO渔业及水产养殖业司渔业官员奥马·列戈·佩纳鲁比亚(PENARUBIA Omar Riego)的引导下,各国代表依次发言,分享了各自国家在渔业、水产养殖、食品安全等领域的优先需求,并就技术合作、人才培养、联合研究等方向表达了合作意愿。双方围绕具体合作路径进行了深入交流。

In the afternoon, an exchange seminar was held. Li Bailin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Food Sciences and Technology of the university, moderated the session, which was attended by leaders and faculty from the university’s Office of Science and Technology, International Exchange Office, and the College of Food Sciences and Technology. Professors Shi Wenzheng and Wu Wenhui from the College of Food Sciences and Technology presented the college’s research foundation and transferable technologies. Shi Jiayi, Admissions Officer of the International Student Office, introduced the university’s international student enrollment and scholarship programs for developing countries. Subsequently, guided by PENARUBIA Omar Riego, Fishery Officer of the FAO Fisheries and Aquaculture Division, representatives from participating countries shared their respective national priorities in fisheries, aquaculture, and food safety, and expressed interest in technical cooperation, talent cultivation, and joint research. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on concrete pathways for collaboration.





此次访问进一步巩固了上海海洋大学与联合国粮食及农业组织的合作关系,为深化面向小岛屿发展中国家的务实合作奠定了良好基础。学校将以此次交流为契机,持续发挥学科优势,积极参与南南合作,为全球渔业可持续发展贡献海大力量。 

This visit further strengthened the partnership between Shanghai Ocean University and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, laying a solid foundation for deepened practical cooperation with Small Island Developing States. Building on this exchange, the university will continue to leverage its disciplinary strengths, actively participate in South-South cooperation, and contribute to the sustainable development of global fisheries.
