SHOU 2026 CSC International Summer School of Food Science and Engineering
Shanghai Ocean University is a multidisciplinary applied research university jointly established by the Shanghai Municipal Government, the State Oceanic Administration, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. It is listed among China's national Double First-Class initiative universities. College of Food Science and Technology of SHOU specializes in high-value aquatic product processing, green manufacturing, cold-chain logistics, quality control, and resource safety. It has made key tech breakthroughs in fish utilization, aquatic product packaging, and low-carbon cold chains, fostering global food industry development. The program combines theory and practice to develop food professionals with an international outlook and innovation skills for sustainable global food industry growth.
