2026上海暑期学校“耕海牧渔”及“水产动物福利”项目圆满落幕

7月2日上午，2026上海暑期学校“耕海牧渔”（Sustainable Aquaculture）及“水产动物福利”（Aquatic Animal Welfare）联合闭幕式在上海海洋大学海洋科技大楼109室举行，两个项目共计44名中外学员共同参加，标志着为期18天的暑期学校圆满落幕。活动期间，前沿专业讲座、FAO渔业及水产养殖业司专家线上指导、小组研讨、实验操作、田野考察、企业参访、产业调研及中国传统文化体验等多元模块接续展开，为学员们提供了一场知识与实践深度融合的学术盛宴。

On the morning of July 2, the joint closing ceremony of the 2026 Shanghai Summer School programs Sustainable Aquaculture (Geng Hai Mu Yu) and Aquatic Animal Welfare was held in Room 109 of the Marine Science and Technology Building at Shanghai Ocean University. A total of 44 Chinese and international students from the two programs participated, marking the successful conclusion of the 18-day summer school. During the event, a diverse range of modules were successively carried out, including cutting-edge professional lectures, online guidance from experts of the FAO Fisheries and Aquaculture Division, group seminars, laboratory experiments, fieldwork, company visits, industry surveys, and traditional Chinese cultural experiences, offering participants an academic feast that deeply integrated knowledge with practice.

回顾这段充实的学术旅程，中外学员代表分别分享了各自的收获与感悟。来自非洲开发银行的学员Esther Lehou Dan表示：“衷心感谢上海海洋大学组织本次可持续水产养殖暑期学校。过去三周，我收获了一段极其丰富且富有教育意义的经历，极大加深了我对这一领域的理解。诚挚感谢各位授课老师的精彩授课，感谢校方行政人员和志愿者的辛勤付出，也特别感谢司机师傅每天耐心细致地保障我们往返酒店、校园和考察地点之间的安全出行。感谢所有同伴，是你们让这段经历如此难忘。”中国学员代表、“水产动物福利”项目的陶颖同学也表示：“作为一名本土学生，能在国内课堂与世界顶尖学者面对面交流，并与来自不同国家的同龄人共同探讨鱼类福利的前沿话题，是一次非常难得的体验。国际同学的视角让我深受启发，也让我对水产养殖的未来有了更广阔的思考。”中外学员的真挚感言，共同为这场跨越国界的学术之旅写下了温暖而有力的注脚。

Looking back on this enriching academic journey, student representatives from both China and abroad shared their respective gains and reflections. Esther Lehou Dan, a participant from the African Development Bank, said: I sincerely thank Shanghai Ocean University for organizing this Sustainable Aquaculture Summer School. Over the past three weeks, I have gained an extremely rich and educational experience that has greatly deepened my understanding of this field. My heartfelt gratitude goes to all the lecturers for their wonderful sessions, to the university's administrative staff and volunteers for their hard work, and especially to the bus drivers for their patience and care in ensuring our safe travel between the hotel, campus, and field sites every day. Thanks also to all my fellow participants—you made this experience truly unforgettable. TAOYing, a Chinese student representative from the Aquatic Animal Welfare program, also remarked: As a local student, it was a rare opportunity to have face‑to‑face exchanges with world‑class scholars in a domestic classroom and to discuss cutting‑edge topics on fish welfare with peers from different countries. The perspectives of my international classmates greatly inspired me and broadened my thinking about the future of aquaculture. The sincere words of both Chinese and international participants together added a warm and powerful footnote to this cross‑border academic journey.

上海市教委重点打造的“上海暑期学校（Shanghai Summer School，简称3S）”，始创于2008年，是上海教育对外开放的知名品牌与重要交流窗口。上海海洋大学依托水产一流学科，自2025年打造“耕海牧渔”品牌，该品牌是3S体系中唯一聚焦水产领域的特色载体。其首届活动即获广泛认可，获评上海市“银鸽之光”国际传播活动优胜项目。2026年的实施方案则是在前期成功经验基础上优化升级，创新融入了“水产动物福利”专题模块。该模块由上海海洋大学水产与生命学院、浙江大学生物系统工程与食品科学学院、荷兰瓦赫宁格大学与研究所“捕捞福利平台”项目及国际水产动物福利工作小组、农业农村部设施农业装备与信息化重点实验室、农业农村部“一带一路”国际工厂化绿色水产养殖科技创新院联合组织，以“水产养殖中的动物福利”为核心，旨在帮助学员深入理解良好水产动物福利的内涵、监测评估方法及其产业意义。授课团队汇聚了来自瑞典哥德堡大学、瑞典农业科学大学、地中海高等研究院、中国海洋大学、浙江大学及上海海洋大学等国内外知名高校和科研机构的专家学者。这一创新设计使项目拥有了更加鲜明的学术主题，不仅丰富了课程内涵，更搭建了中外学生深度交流的桥梁——“耕海牧渔”的国际学员与“水产动物福利”的本土学员在联合授课、小组讨论和闭幕式等环节中充分互动，不同文化背景和学术视角的碰撞激发了新的思考，大大加强了中外学生之间的交流互鉴。

The Shanghai Summer School (commonly known as 3S), a key program initiated by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission in 2008, has become a renowned brand and an important window for Shanghai's educational opening to the world. Leveraging its first‑class discipline of fisheries, Shanghai Ocean University launched the Geng Hai Mu Yu (Sustainable Aquaculture) brand in 2025, which stands as the only thematic program exclusively focused on aquaculture within the 3S framework. Its inaugural session received wide recognition and was honored as an outstanding project in the Silver Dove Light International Communication Campaign by the Shanghai municipal authorities. The 2026 program, built upon the successful experience of the previous session, has been further optimized and upgraded, with the innovative addition of a special module on Aquatic Animal Welfare. This module is jointly organized by the College of Fisheries and Life Sciences at Shanghai Ocean University, the College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science at Zhejiang University, the Catch Welfare Platform project of Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands, the International Aquatic Animal Welfare Working Group, the Key Laboratory of Agricultural Equipment and Informatization of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the International Science and Technology Innovation Institute for Industrialized Green Aquaculture under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs' Belt and Road initiative. Centered on Animal Welfare in Aquaculture, the module aims to help participants gain an in‑depth understanding of the connotation of good aquatic animal welfare, monitoring and assessment methods, and its industrial significance. The teaching team brings together experts and scholars from renowned domestic and international universities and research institutions, including the University of Gothenburg (Sweden), the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, the Mediterranean Institute of Advanced Studies (Spain),Ocean University of China, Zhejiang University, and Shanghai Ocean University. This innovative design endows the program with a more distinctive academic theme, not only enriching the curriculum but also building a bridge for deep exchanges between Chinese and international students. International participants of Geng Hai Mu Yu and local participants of Aquatic Animal Welfare interacted fully during joint lectures, group discussions, and the closing ceremony. The convergence of different cultural backgrounds and academic perspectives sparked new thinking and greatly enhanced mutual learning and exchange between Chinese and foreign students.

闭幕式上，项目负责人孙诤、李慷表示，今年首次实现两个项目联合举办，是一次有益的探索与突破，不仅让国际学员在“耕海牧渔”中了解中国水产养殖的前沿技术与产业实践，也让中外学员在“水产动物福利”专题中共同关注全球水产养殖可持续发展的重要议题。未来学校将继续以暑期学校为纽带，深化水产学科的国际交流与合作。

At the closing ceremony, program directors SUN Zhengand LIKang remarked that this year marked the first joint organization of the two programs, which was a beneficial exploration and breakthrough. It not only allowed international participants to gain insights into China's cutting-edge aquaculture technologies and industrial practices through Geng Hai Mu Yu (Sustainable Aquaculture), but also enabled both Chinese and foreign students to collectively address key issues concerning the sustainable development of global aquaculture within the Aquatic Animal Welfare theme. Looking ahead, the university will continue to leverage the summer school as a bridge to deepen international exchanges and cooperation in fisheries disciplines.
