上海海洋大学关于2022/2023学年中国政府奖学金生年度评审的通知

Notice about Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarships for International Students of SHOU 2022/2023


各位中国政府奖学金生/Dear Chinese Government Scholarship Students:

根据《中国政府奖学金工作管理办法》（教外厅(2020) 1号） 和《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》有关要求，下一学年继续在校学习的中国政府奖学金生，必须参加奖学金年度评审，无故不参加奖学金年度评审者，将被取消奖学金资格。现将本年度中国政府奖学金年度评审工作有关事项通知如下：

According to the requirements of the annual evaluation method for the Chinese Government Scholarships, Chinese Government Scholarship students who want to continue learning in Shanghai Ocean University must participate in the annual review of scholarship. Students who fail to take part in the scholarship review without justifiable reasons will be deprived of scholarship.

一、评审对象/Review Candidates

（一）下一学年拟继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生；

Those CSC students who will be granted the scholarships successively in the next academic year.

（二）无法按原计划毕业，拟申请延期的博士研究生；

Those doctoral students of CSC who cannot graduate as planned and are going to apply for the graduation extension.

（三）上一年度评审不合格被中止奖学金资格的学生。

Those CSC students who were ranked as “Unqualified” in the last annual review and whose scholarship has been suspended.

注：当前处于休学状态且联络不畅的学生可不参评。

Those who have been in the suspension of schooling and cannot guarantee a decent contact may not participant in the review. 


二、评审办法/Review Methods

上海海洋大学全面考核奖学金生的道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现，并在考核评比的基础上提出评审建议：继续发放奖学金、中止奖学金、取消奖学金。

Shanghai Ocean University checks the moral conducts, academic records, study or research attitude and extracurricular performances of the CSC scholarship students in an all-round way and puts forward the scholarship review suggestions on the basis of the check results: continue to issue scholarship, suspend scholarship and cancel scholarship.


三、评审步骤/Review Procedures

（一）4 月 28 日-5 月 7 日学生自评
Students submit self-review.
（二）5 月 8 日-5 月 11 日导师/辅导员评价
Supervisors and counselors review.
（三）5 月 14 日-5 月 17 日学校评审

Review by Shanghai Ocean University.

（四）5 月 18 日-5 月 19 日向国家留学基金委上报学校评审结果

Report the review results to China Scholarship Council.



上海市政府奖学金、上海海洋大学校长奖学金及澜湄专项奖学金生参照以上通知执行。

Annual Review of Shanghai Government Scholarship & SHOU Presidential Scholarship (including Lancang-Mekong Rice-Fish Scholarship of SHOU for international students) shall be conducted in accordance with above regulations.
