关于2021-2022学年国际学生奖学金年度评审的通知

• ž 2021年9月之后拟继续享受各类奖学金的学生

  Students who continue to enjoy the current scholarships after September 2021;

• 无法按原计划2021年7月毕业，拟申请延期的学生

  Students whose original plan was to graduate in July 2021 but apply for an extension;

• 2020年奖学金年度评审不合格被中止奖学金资格的学生

  Students who failed to qualify for the scholarship in 2020 yearly scholarship review;

• 2021年春季入学新生无需参加本年度评审

  Students who enrolled in the Spring Semester 2021 don’t have to participate in this annual review;

• 已休学的学生也需要参加评审

  Students during suspension are also required to participate.

根据上级有关文件以及《上海海洋大学国际学生管理服务手册》第七章的相关规定，制定以下评审标准

According to the related documents, here are standards of annual review：

(一)有下列情况之一者，结合其实际表现，可中止其享受奖学金资格一年：

If a scholarship student is with any of the following cases, considering his/her daily performance, the scholarship can be suspended for one year：

1.    受到学业警告处分的；

   Students who are punished with an academic warning;

2. 本学年考试成绩有2门不合格及以上者（含补考）；

   Students who fail more than 2 courses (including make-up examinations) in 2020-2021;

3. 评审当学年内受到留校察看处分或受警告及警告以上处分二次及二次以上者；

   Students who are punished with disciplinary probation, or with 2 or more warning/serious warning/demerit;

被中止享受奖学金资格者，自下一学年开学起停发其奖学金，但本人可按照学校有关规定申请自费或者减免部分费用留校继续学习。中止期满前，经本人申请，可以参加当年的年度评审，如评审合格后，可以自下一学年起恢复发给奖学金。

*中国政府奖学金生还需经过来华留学基金委的批准后方可恢复。

The suspension of scholarship will start from the beginning of the next academic year. However, the student is allowed to continue under self-funded study, and also is allowed to apply for participating in the annual review of that year before the time of suspension ends. If approved, the student can resume from the next academic year for scholarships.

*Students who enjoy the Chinese Government Scholarship should be approved by China Scholarship Council.

(二)有下列情况之一者，结合其实际表现，可取消其享受奖学金的资格：

If a scholarship student is with any of the following cases, considering his/her daily performance, the scholarship can be canceled:

1. 受到开除学籍处分的；

   Being ordered to quit school or being dismissed from school;

2. 在校学习期间累计两次未通过年度评审的；

   Failing to pass the annual review for two years during study period；

3. 无正当理由不参加年度评审的。

   Being absent from the annual review without any justifications.

被取消享受奖学金资格者，从公布之日起停发其奖学金，其享受奖学金的资格不得再恢复。

The cancellation of scholarship will start from the date of announcement and the student shall not resume on scholarship any longer.

学生应根据相关要求，如实填写《奖学金年度评审（学生自评）表》（以下简称《学生自评表》）中的各项内容并签字（境外同学可使用电子签名）；

Please fill in the Student Self-Assessment Form for Annual Review of different scholarships (Hereinafter referred to as Self-Assessment Form). Please remember to sign on the form and students abroad can use digital signature.

(一)境内同学请在5月10日（周一）16:30前，将纸质版表格交到行政楼205办公室辅导员处；

Students in China should submit the printed form to the counselor in Office 205 before 4:30 pm, 10th May.

(二)境外同学请在5月10日（周一）北京时间24:00前，将扫描版表格作为附件上传后，发送至分管辅导员邮箱，并将邮件主题设置为“学号+CSC/SGS/SHOU+ANNUAL REVIEW”；

Students abroad should send the scanned form to the counselor’s email. The subject of the email should be set as “Student No. +CSC/SGS/SHOU+ANNUAL REVIEW”.

(一)逾期未按要求提交奖学金评审材料的学生，视作放弃奖学金处理；

Students who do not submit the scholarship review materials as required by the deadline will be deemed to have given up the scholarship；

(二)中国政府奖学金年度评审最终结果均以国家留学基金管理委员会公布的结果为准；

The final results of the annual review of Chinese Government Scholarship are subject to the results announced by the China Scholarship Council；

(三)奖学金年度评审最终结果请留意国际文化交流学院官方通知；

Please pay attention to the official notification from College of International Cultural Exchange.
