SHOU International Students Join 2025 Shanghai Talent & Job Fair

  4月13日，由复旦大学、汉考国际联合主办的“2025上海高质量国际人才交流会暨高校来华留学生就业展”在复旦大学正大体育馆举行。我校留学生工作办公室、学生处等相关职能部门负责老师及国际学生60余人现场参与本次展会。

 On April 13, the 2025 Shanghai High-Level International Talents Exchange Conference & International Students Job Fair was held at the Zhengda Gymnasium of Fudan University, jointly organized by Fudan University and Chinese Testing International. Over 60 international students, along with faculty members from SHOU's International Student Office, the Division of Students' Affairs, and other relevant departments, attended the event on-site.

活动汇聚京东、阿里巴巴、美团、携程等40多家中外企业，涵盖智能制造、金融经济生物医药、文化教育、外贸服务等多个领域，北京大学、清华大学、复旦大学、同济大学等全国30多所知名高校设立留学咨询专区，来自全国的来华留学生、归国中文教师和志愿者近5000人齐聚现场。    

The event has attracted nearly 40 domestic and international companies, including JD.com, Alibaba, Meituan, and Ctrip, covering various fields such as intelligent manufacturing, finance and economics, biomedicine, cultural education, and foreign trade services. More than 30 renowned universities across the country, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, and Tongji University, set up international student Consultation zone. Nearly 5,000 attendees, including international students in China, returned Chinese language teachers, and volunteers from across the country, gathered at the event.   

活动中，我校国际学生驻足聆听各参展企业介绍，咨询就业政策。通过本次参展，加深了国际学生对中国就业市场的了解和向往，学生纷纷表示本次展会让他们深刻了解到自己所学的专业与就业岗位之间的联系，未来将不断提升自我，努力将大学专业知识运用到社会实践中。还有学生表达了自己对本次活动组织方的感激，认为与线上渠道相比，现场面对面沟通效率更高，信息传递更为直观，富有成效的同时也是一次难忘的体验，对于未来在中国就业和生活增添了更多信心和期待。    

During the event, our international students took the time to listen to the introductions from various exhibiting companies and inquire about employment policies. Through participating in the exhibition, the students gained a deeper understanding and appreciation of the Chinese job market. Many students expressed that the event helped them clearly see the connection between their academic majors and potential job opportunities. They indicated that they would continue to improve themselves and strive to apply  knowledge to social practices. Some students also expressed their gratitude to the event organizers, noting that compared to online channels, face-to-face communication at the event was more efficient, the information exchange was more direct and productive, and the experience was also unforgettable. Joining at the event was also a good opportunty to increase their confidence and bring more expectations for their future employment and life in China. 

为了帮助国际学生就业，进一步促进国际人才在华留学及就业发展，学校积极组织国际学生参加各类就业主题活动，借助国际人才双向互动平台，帮助国际学生了解职业发展路径、更好融入中国市场，未来开启在华发展的新篇章。

In order to assist international students in finding jobs and further promote the development of international talent in China, SHOU actively organizes various career-focused activities for international students. By leveraging platforms for bilateral interaction with international talent,SHOU helps students understand career development pathways and better integrate into the Chinese market, ping the way for a new chapter in their career development in China.
