"Academic Leadership Project" Launched with 13 Junior Tutors经济管理学院“学业领航计划”启航，13名小导师持证上岗

On March 18, the kickoff ceremony of the Academic Leadership Project was held at the Liberal Arts Building of Shanghai Ocean University. Fang Chenguang, Deputy Party Secretary of the College of Economics and Management; Zhang Guanghui, Director of the Student Affairs Office; and Ren Zezhong, Advisor of the Student Academic Development Center, attended the ceremony. All newly appointed junior tutors and members of the Student Academic Development Center participated in the event. The initiative aims to establish a peer support system that leverages the exemplary role of outstanding students to foster a strong academic atmosphere within the college.

3月18日，上海海洋大学经济管理学院学业领航计划小导师聘任启动会在文科大楼举行。学院党委副书记方晨光、学生工作办公室主任张光辉、学生学习发展中心指导老师任泽众出席仪式，全体受聘小导师及学生学习发展中心成员共同参加。活动旨在通过朋辈互助机制，发挥优秀学生的榜样引领作用，助力学院优良学风建设。

The ceremony began in a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere. The host announced the list of junior tutors for the program, which included 13 outstanding students who had been selected through a rigorous process. In the presence of all attendees, Fang Chenguang and Zhang Guanghui presented each tutor with a certificate of appointment and posed for a group photo. These certificates symbolize both the trust placed in the tutors by the college and their responsibility to serve their peers while growing alongside them.

聘任仪式在庄重而热烈的氛围中拉开帷幕。主持人宣读本届学业小导师受聘名单，顾天宇等13名品学兼优的学生经层层选拔脱颖而出。在全体与会人员的见证下，方晨光、张光辉为小导师逐一颁发聘书并合影留念。一纸聘书，既承载着学院的信任，也寄托着服务同学、共同成长的使命。

On behalf of the tutors, Zhang Yixing, a representative from the Class of 2024 majoring in Logistics Management, shared her reflections on participating in academic tutoring. She recalled her experience helping fellow students with challenging courses such as Advanced Mathematics and Probability and Statistics, highlighting the rewarding transformation from students being too shy to ask questions to becoming proactive in seeking help. She further noted that tutoring is not only about imparting knowledge but also an opportunity for self-improvement. Through these exchanges, she has strengthened her own understanding of the subject matter and formed valuable friendships with students from diverse backgrounds, including those from Thailand. On behalf of all tutors, she made a solemn commitment to remain humble and eager to learn, stay true to their original intentions, actively support their peers, and progress together through mutual assistance. She expressed her dedication to becoming a trusted and reliable companion for fellow students on their academic journeys and to contributing to the development of a strong academic culture within the college.

作为小导师代表，2024级物流管理专业张一行分享了参与学业辅导工作的感悟。她回顾了与同学们围绕高等数学、概率论等难点课程开展答疑解惑的经历，讲述了从羞于提问到主动求解的转变中见证同伴成长的欣慰。她表示，辅导过程不仅是知识输出，更是自我提升的契机，在交流中既巩固了知识体系，也收获了与泰国留学生等同学的珍贵友谊。她代表全体小导师郑重承诺，将始终保持虚心好学的态度，坚守初心，主动关心同学，在互帮互助中携手进步，真正成为同学们学习路上可信赖、可依靠的同行者，为学院优良学风建设贡献力量。

In his concluding remarks, Fang Chenguang extended his congratulations to the newly appointed junior tutors and expressed his recognition and appreciation for their sense of responsibility and willingness to contribute. He outlined four expectations for the tutors: first, to serve as guides in academics by addressing questions and teaching effective learning methods; second, to act as confidants on the growth path by offering attentive listening and support to help students build confidence; third, to embody the principle of mutual learning through teaching by continuously enhancing their own abilities during the tutoring process; and fourth, to become leaders in fostering academic excellence by setting an example and encouraging their peers to cultivate a positive learning environment. Fang Chenguang also stated that the college would provide full support for the tutors to ensure the solid implementation of the Academic Leadership Project, ultimately establishing it as a signature initiative that promotes a strong academic culture and supports student development.

方晨光在总结讲话中向受聘小导师表示祝贺，并对他们主动担当、乐于奉献的精神予以高度肯定。他对小导师提出四点希望：一是争做学业上的解惑者，既解答疑问，更传授方法；二是争做成长路上的知心人，以倾听与陪伴 帮助同学建立自信；三是争做教学相长的践行者，在辅导中锻炼能力、实现自我提升；四是争做优良学风的引领者，以身作则带动身边同学共同营造积极向上的学习氛围。方晨光表示，学院将全力支持小导师工作，推动学业领航计划走深走实，打造成为涵养优良学风、服务学生成长的特色品牌活动。

Finally, all attendees gathered for a group photo to commemorate the meaningful occasion. The successful hosting of the kickoff ceremony marks the official launch of the college's Academic Leadership Project. Moving forward, the junior tutors will uphold the philosophy of supporting peers with dedication while growing together through teaching, accompanying their fellow students with professionalism and warmth. Together, they will advance hand in hand on their youthful journey, writing a remarkable chapter for students of the College of Economics and Management.
